These terms govern your use of the Felix Apple website. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Felix Apple is an independent retailer of Apple-branded devices and accessories operating in South Africa. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable VAT.
- An order becomes binding only once we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues) with a full refund of any amounts paid.
- Currently only Cash on Delivery is available; card, EFT and PayFast options are coming soon.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the courier in cash where COD applies.
5. Returns and warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. You have the statutory right under the Consumer Protection Act to return defective goods. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
6. Reviews and user content
You are responsible for content you post (reviews, contact messages). By submitting, you grant Felix Apple a non-exclusive right to display it on the site. We may hide or remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, or off-topic.
7. Acceptable use
- No attempts to bypass authentication, scrape at scale, or probe for vulnerabilities.
- No fraudulent orders, no using another person's payment details, no reselling that violates law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felix Apple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for a single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be surfaced on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
